Since I can remember, my mom and dad have always embraced the idea of accepting others for who they are. Whether the person in particular was an asshole, simply stubborn or even conceded, I was taught to at least respect them as a human being. Everyone has suffered or been molded to the person they are today through what they have seen and been through in their own lives. It's all relative and interpted individually.
As Individuals, people will naturally have differences and conflicts with each other's views, morals, and overall decisions. Just like a job where you work with all variations of personalities, though, you can look past these indifferences, keeping an open mind and ears sharp to what they have to say. Do not be so quick to judge but instead, allow your mind to digest what someone has to say.
